Player and parent must read whole page before declaring intent to accept or decline offer to play for Portage Volleyball Club.

According to USA Volleyball rules, players are entitled to 10 days after the tryout date to make a commitment to a club, if they are offered a spot on a team.

• A player forgoes the 10-day period if they indicate that they are accepting a spot before the 10 days have expired.

• Please plan on taking this commitment seriously by not planning to go to any other tryouts or accepting any other offers once you have accepted an offer from the Portage Volleyball club.

• We do not plan on releasing any players because they have changed their mind or feel they would like to play elsewhere or for any other reason once they have committed to the PVC.

Please include the following in your e-mail:

1. Your name and whether you are accepting, declining or need more of the 10 days to decide.

2. That you and a parent understand the 10-day rule and that you are both ready to accept a spot on a team.

1. The first installment of $300 is due of the $550 Club fee, Sunday, 12/2/07.  Payments in full are much appreciated, if possible.  Otherwise, the $150 balance due PVC needs to be paid by January 6, 2008.  The remaining $100 is payable directly to your team's coach, which should be done by January 20, 2008.

2. The first practice and Parent Orientation is Sunday, 12/2/07.

16 Regionals payment schedule:

1. The first installment of $300 is due of the $650 Club fee, Sunday, 12/2/07.  Payments in full are much appreciated, if possible.  Otherwise, the $250 balance due PVC needs be paid by January 6, 2008.  The remaining $100 is payable directly to your team's coach, which should be done by January 20, 2008.

17 National & 18 Regional payment schedule:

1. The first payment of $400 is due of the $850 Club fee, Sunday, 12/2/07.

2. The $300 balance due PVC needs to be paid by 1/6/08. The remaining $150 is payable directly to your team's coach by 1/20/08.
